Enrolling in an INFINITY course is a staightforward process which students and parents can do on their own, although we strongly encourage you to work with your school guidance counselor, as he/she can help facilitate and streamline the process as well as offer guidance regarding needed courses and credits and the likelihood of success for individual students.

The steps outlined below assume you are enrolling through your school counselor. If you are enrolling on your own, please submit the items listed in steps 1 & 4 directly to the INFINTY online program at the address or fax number listed below.

1.  Complete the Enrollment Form and submit it to your school counselor

          Additional Notes:

1.  For Chemistry, Pre-Calculus, and Medical Terminology, college credit can be concurrently earned. 

Eligible students are juniors with at least a 3.0 GPA and seniors with at least a 2.5 GPA

AND

Eligible students must meet ONE of the following criteria:

•  
  • A minimum test score of 24 in all sections of the ACT.
  • A minimum test score of 500 in the SAT.
  • A minimum test score of 78 in the Reading section of the Accuplacer Reading and Math exam.

 Additional forms to complete for concurrent credit courses, along with copies of transcript and qualifying criteria:

• Lake Superior College Enrollment form (Chemistry)
• Safety Contract (Chemistry)
• Lake Superior College Enrollment form (Pre-Calculus)
• Central Lakes College Enrollment form (Medical Terminology)
  

2.  Students enrolling in Advanced Placement courses must sign up for the AP Exam with their local district, unless prior arrangements are made with INFINITY.

2.  Read the following documents:

• Academic Integrity Policy
• Acceptable Use Policy
• Attendance Policy
• Course Description

3.  Complete the Statements of Assurances form and submit to your school counselor

4.  Your counselor will submit the following items to INFINITY on your behalf:

•  
  • Enrollment Form
  • Statement of Assurances
  • Concurrent Enrollment forms (if applicable)
  • Transcript and Qualifying criteria for concurrent enrollment (if applicable)
  • Chemistry Safety Contract (if applicable)

If you decide to drop a course,  you will need to complete and submit a drop form.
